Sarah has participated in the successful launch and renewal of over 30 charter schools by providing hands-on application writing, management, and support services. She has also served as a qualified charter application evaluator, reviewing dozens of charter applications submitted to authorizers in Louisiana, North Carolina, and Illinois. Previous to her role at SchoolWorks, Sarah was responsible for authoring new school and renewal applications for National Heritage Academies to support the organization's operation and expansion. Sarah has both an M.A. and a B.A. in English from Grand Valley State University.

Michelle Doane is a consultant and project manager with SchoolWorks. She has served in multiple capacities in the educational environment and has worked closely with a variety of clients including foundations, state departments of educations, charter school authorizers, and both traditional district and charter schools. In her role with SchoolWorks, her clients have included Indiana Department of Education, Louisiana Department of Education, Maryland State Department of Education, Minnesota Department of Education, and Ohio Department of Education.

Raj is the CEO and Founder of Charter School Business Mangement (CSBM). Widely regarded as a national expert on charter school finance, Raj has presented at conferences and workshops across the country and has been featured in numerous publications. Before founding CSBM in 2006, Raj served as the Chief Financial Officer for Explore Charter School. In February 2013, he graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative, designed to help small businesses grow and create more jobs. He was named Small Business Person of the Year for the NY district by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2011 and 2018, and under his leadership, CSBM was also awarded Small Business of the Year for the Eastern Region of the U.S. by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 2009 and 2017. Never losing sight of CSBM’s mission, Raj maintains strong ties with educators to ensure that CSBM's work is enabling them to focus on student achievement. He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Engineering Science from Hofstra University.
