Role Overview

Working across the organization, the Project Administrator provides a range of critical support to SchoolWorks staff and project managers in order to enable the achievement of the company’s Mission and Vision. The Project Administrator provides high levels of service to every member of the company’s team and demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism in the most challenging of circumstances.

Project Administrator’s Responsibilities

- Interact with SchoolWorks staff and Project Managers on a daily basis to understand project requirements and needs, and to create project-specific workplans to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects’ internal tasks.
- Prepare documentation for project kickoffs and co-facilitate kickoff meetings with the Project Manager.
- Meet regularly with the Vice President of Project Oversight and Project Managers to discuss project details and monitor progress.
- Support a portfolio of projects by scheduling staff; draft and manage associated contracts and documentation.
- Assist the Managing Director of Quality Reviews in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date staffing database.
- Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to arrange consultant travel and provide all necessary project documents.
- Track and report project milestones; review and approve related invoices and expense reports.
- Support the Director of Operations and/or Business Manager with updating and maintaining information within SchoolWorks filing systems, SharePoint, Projector, and Kintone.

Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Experience coordinating company operations and supporting multiple departments.
- Superior relationship-building and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability and flexibility in changing work environments.

Compensation and Location

This is a full-time, exempt position.
Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience.
