• Learning Walk Training

  SchoolWorks’ learning walk trainings facilitate a collective approach to improving teaching and learning outcomes. Educators learn how to conduct structured observations of classroom instruction, focusing on specific elements such as student engagement, teacher-student interactions, and alignment with learning objectives. Participants are equipped with the skills to collect meaningful data, analyze instructional strategies, and provide constructive feedback to colleagues. Learning walk training may be conducted on-site in a school, or as a “train the trainer” experience for a cohort of school leaders.
