A Statement from SchoolWorks’ President
SchoolWorks supports the disruption and dismantling of the established systems that promote and sustain ongoing racial injustice in this country. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement is posted on our website here.
As educators, we recognize that schools are, unfortunately, among the most powerful of these systems. In our client work, we continually seek to uncover system-level disparities and help schools and districts plan for change. We take measures to ensure that our representatives bring an equitable and inclusive lens to our work. And we seek to ensure diversity within our support teams.
But we recognize that there is much more we can do, and we are continually investigating ways to deepen our commitment to anti-racist action and the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
We are, and remain, committed to all work that leads to safe, equitable and inclusive education for all students.
